These Terms & Conditions govern your use of REA University and your enrollment in any training or certification program, including the Certified Real Estate Administrative Specialist (CREAS) certification.

By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.


1. Positioning of REA University

REA University provides professional training and certification for real estate administrative and operational roles.

The CREAS certification is a competency-based professional standard. It is not a participation-based course. Certification is earned through demonstrated capability, not completion alone.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.


3. Individual License and Access

Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, individual license to access the program.

  • Access is restricted to the registered user only
  • Login credentials may not be shared
  • Course materials may not be distributed, copied, or reused

Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund.


4. Certification Standard and Requirements (CREAS)

The CREAS certification is awarded only when all competency requirements are met.

To earn certification, you must:

  • Complete all required modules
  • Demonstrate understanding of the material
  • Achieve a minimum score of 80 percent on all required assessments
  • Complete assessments within the allowed attempt structure

Each assessment allows a maximum of three attempts.

Failure to meet the required standard within the allowed attempts will result in a non-passing status until further review or re-enrollment, where applicable.

Certification is granted at the sole discretion of REA University based on demonstrated competency.

Completion of content alone does not qualify you for certification.


5. Academic Integrity and Misrepresentation

You agree to complete all assessments honestly and independently.

You may not:

  • Share answers or assessment content
  • Receive assistance during assessments
  • Misrepresent your certification status

Any breach of academic integrity will result in disqualification from certification and removal of access without refund.


6. Payments and Pricing

All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your purchase secures your current rate.


7. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital certification programs, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.


8. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

All materials provided within REA University are proprietary and protected.

This includes:

  • Training content
  • Certification frameworks
  • Templates, tools, and resources

You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or repurpose this material without written permission.

Use of this material for commercial training, client delivery, or resale is strictly prohibited.


9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

REA University provides structured training and certification standards.

We do not guarantee employment, income, or business results.

Outcomes depend on your application, experience, and market conditions.


10. Limitation of Liability

REA University is not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Use of the program
  • Inability to achieve certification
  • Business or employment decisions made based on the material

Your use of the program is at your own risk.


11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these Terms.

This includes breaches of intellectual property, sharing access, or academic misconduct.


12. Privacy

Your use of REA University is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
